Jennifer Magarelli is a Senior Director at Bonsai, where she leads advisor experience across the platform. She works at the intersection of product, operations, sales, and leadership to help advisors and enterprise partners adopt Bonsai's integrated approach to financial planning, investment management, and insurance. Her focus is on translating complex planning and optimization capabilities into clear advisor workflows, scalable onboarding frameworks, and client-ready deliverables that drive real-world outcomes.​

Jennifer joined Bonsai as an early-stage operator and has expanded her role across strategy, enterprise relationship management, advisor onboarding, platform demonstrations, and implementation. She has played a key role inbuilding core operating frameworks, onboarding models, and advisor-facing experiences that support the firm's growth. Known as a connector between strategy and execution, she helps bring Bonsai's vision to life in a way that is both practical and scalable for advisors.​

Prior to Bonsai, Jennifer held multiple roles at E*TRADE Advisor Services, where she worked closely with RIAs to enhance practice management, improve client experience, and support business growth. She led strategic programs, developed consulting and advisory initiatives, and helped guide the firm through periods of significant change and expansion. Earlier in her career, she focused on onboarding and client experience, leading complex platform conversions and building high-touch service models for advisory firms.​

Jennifer began her career as an associate portfolio manager at Alliance Bernstein. She lives in Denver with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids when she's not working.​
